RDF Director metrics
Unisphere collects and displays metrics for SRDF directors.
Within the PM metrics section, V4 is used to denote that the metric is supported only by a storage system (array) running PowerMaxOS 10 (6079). V3 is used to denote that the metric is supported only by a storage system (array) running HYPERMAX OS 5977 or PowerMaxOS 5978. Metrics without the denotation are supported by all storage systems (arrays).
The following table lists all metrics that are available for SRDF directors.

| % Compressed Throughput Received | The ratio of the amount of data received as compared with the amount of data that would be received without compression (expressed as a percentage) Calculated value: ((Compressed Throughput Received per sec/Throughput Received per sec) * 100) |

| Copy IOs/sec | The number of copy I/O operations per second using this SRDF director - copy is a generic SRDF term meaning a full track that comes from background data movement. These copies can be generated by a number of different things, including when the SRDF device is in adaptive copy mode. Adaptive copy is included in this term, but not exclusively. For example, if SRDF is suspended, hosts continue to write to the R1 and then SRDF is resumed, the resulting R1->R2 copy of tracks (due to invalids) is a “copy.” |

| Syscall RDF Dir Count/sec | The number of calls that are sent using SRDF to a remote system |
| Syscall Remote Dir Count/sec | The number of calls that are sent from the local director to another director in the same system |
| Syscall Time/sec | The time to satisfy the calls by this director |
| Throughput Received | The size of the data received in MBs for the director |
| Throughput Sent | The size of the host data transfer in MBs for the director |
| Throughput Sent and Received | The total read and write MBs on the SRDF director per second. |
